Milk & eggs

The read
Eggs did the most work on the downside, subtracting $1.55 from the fixed basket on its own. Ground beef moved the other way, adding $0.28. That split is the story of June 2025: a few lines moved sharply while the all-in basket changed +6.0% from a year ago.
